There are 4 subjects for Master of Law examination, including political theory, foreign languages (English, Russian, Japanese), specialized basic courses (including civil law and criminal law), specialized comprehensive courses (including constitution, basic theory of law, and Chinese legal history).
2. Among them, the unified examination of languages other than foreign languages is set by the unit itself. Political theory and foreign languages will take part in the national unified entrance examination for master's students. Business examination subjects such as comprehensive basic courses and professional basic courses are national joint examination subjects.
3. The Master of Law adopts full-time and part-time study methods. The full-time study is two to three years, and the part-time study is not more than four years. In teaching, the master of law focuses on classroom teaching, attaches importance to case teaching, and emphasizes the cultivation of practical operation ability.
