1. Cut off the black rubber layer on the outermost side, leak out the metal wires inside, and arrange each wire properly. Do not mix. There are white plastic fibers inside each thread. Pick them out and cut them off.
2. Use a lighter to burn the insulating layer outside the copper wire. Note: The burning time should not be too long, so as to avoid burning the copper wire, just a few times on the flame.
3. After burning, the ashes of the insulation layer remain on the wire, which can be scraped off with scissors and other items to ensure continuity after connection.
4. Connect the corresponding thread ends. If you can't tell which one is right and which one is right, there are two ways: 1. Look at the color, 2. Plug in the earphone, and try to find out how it can work normally. Combining the two judgment methods can accurately distinguish.
5. After connection, wrap the wire ends with transparent tape or other insulating materials. This is first to avoid mutual conduction and short circuit. In addition, it also plays a fixed role.
6. If conditions permit, place the connection in a small box that can be adjusted, which not only protects the stability of the connection, but also keeps the headset beautiful after repair!
