1. Main ingredients: 1000 grams of beef, 2 tablespoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 sections of onion, half of ginger, 3 pieces of anise, 1 pinch of Chinese prickly ash, 2 pieces of cinnamon, 1 piece of dry pepper, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of sweet sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of five spice powder, 4 pieces of vanilla, a little licorice, 2 pieces of cardamom, and some water.
2. Soak the beef in bleeding water and cut into large pieces.
