Steamed buns:
1. Soak the washed corn dregs in hot milk flavored corn juice. When the corn juice cools, add yeast and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Mix wheat flour and corn flour, pour corn juice and corn grits into flour, add white sugar and vegetable oil, and mix them evenly to form a dough in "three gloss" state.
3. Ferment the dough to twice its original size at room temperature, and divide the dough into two parts.
