What are the main professions of licensed pharmacists
1. Licensed pharmacists have the right to establish or lead pharmaceutical production and marketing enterprises according to law. The qualification certificate of licensed pharmacist is a necessary document for applying for the qualification certificate of pharmaceutical production and trading enterprises;
2. In pharmaceutical production and trading enterprises, licensed pharmacists must be responsible for drug quality;
3. Licensed pharmacists have the right to participate in the formulation of standards, rules and regulations, operating procedures, etc. in all links of total quality management of drugs and the handling of violations of the above provisions;
4. Licensed pharmacists have the right to advise or refuse to implement decisions made by enterprise and department leaders in violation of the Drug Administration Law and other regulations and report to the superior;
5. Licensed pharmacists have the responsibility to question the prescription and have the legal and professional responsibility to verify the prescription;
6. Licensed pharmacists have the responsibility to guide patients to use drugs;
7. A licensed pharmacist can only practice in one unit and be responsible for the business assigned to him.
What are the conditions for registered pharmacists
All citizens of the People's Republic of China and persons of other nationalities who have been approved to work in China and who meet one of the following conditions may apply for the qualification examination for licensed pharmacists:
(1) Obtained secondary technical school education in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine or related majors, and engaged in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for seven years.
(2) College degree in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine or related majors, and five years of experience in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine.
(3) Bachelor degree in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine or related majors, and three years of experience in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine.
(4) Second bachelor's degree in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine or related majors, graduate class or master's degree, and one year's experience in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine.
(5) Get a doctor's degree in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine or related majors.
