What is the examination process of China Merchants Bank's autumn campus recruitment
The recruitment process of the bank is mainly divided into 6 steps: announcement → online application → lecture and initial meeting → written examination → interview → physical examination and contract signing. Usually, each branch of the bank hires separately, and the announcement may be issued at a different time, which requires candidates from different branches to pay more attention to the branch information they want to apply for.
1. Announcement
The bank will publish campus recruitment announcements on its official website, marking the official opening of recruitment.
2. Online application
After the announcement, candidates need to register on the bank's official website. This process is called online application. The online application period varies from 15 days to 2 months.
3. Publicity meeting and preliminary meeting
In the online application cycle, in order to improve the efficiency and quality of recruitment, many banks will organize campus lectures in colleges and universities in major cities across the country. An initial interview (referred to as "initial interview") will also be organized on the site of the lecture. Students who performed well in the initial interview will have the opportunity to obtain the bank's online PASS card on the spot (directly obtain the written examination qualification).
4. Written examination
After the deadline of online application, the bank will screen the candidates' resumes and finally determine the written examination list. The written examination notice will be sent to the candidates in the form of SMS, email, etc. 3 to 15 days before the examination.
5. Interview
After the written examination, each tier one branch will organize its own interview. Due to the differences between different banks and regions, the release time of interview notice also varies greatly.
6. Physical examination and contract signing
After the last round of interview, the bank will finally determine the list of candidates according to the number of recruiters and notify everyone to have a physical examination. After the physical examination, different branches will send a notice of signing a contract in a period of 3 days to 1 month according to their own conditions, and the candidates can finally enter the bank after signing a contract.
