How to make millet yam porridge:
Ingredients: yam, millet, sugar or salt.
Procedure:
1. Prepare the raw materials, fresh yam, millet and sugar, drop a few drops of vinegar into the water, and wash the yam.
2. Wash and peel the yam and cut it into small pieces. Clean millet with water;
3. Add 1000 ml of water to the pot and boil for 5 minutes;
4. Add Chinese yams and boil them together, over high heat for 5 minutes, and over low heat for 15 minutes. Add proper amount of sugar or salt and mix well.
