2. Legal cost and legal liability When the relevant labor disputes are brought to the Labor Bureau, the enterprise must entrust employees or lawyers with relevant legal expertise to deal with them, which requires legal costs.
If the enterprise is at fault in the relevant labor disputes, it also needs to bear the corresponding legal liability.
3. Administrative punishment According to the Regulations on Labor and Social Security Supervision, if the labor supervision team finds some improper behaviors in the enterprise during the labor dispute, it can impose relevant fines on the enterprise.
There are three kinds of penalties imposed by the Labor and Social Security Bureau: one is to correct mistakes, for example, the enterprises that owe salaries still pay; the other is that the enterprises refuse to be punished by the Labor and Social Security Bureau, and the Labor and Social Security Bureau will cooperate with the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to revoke the business license of the enterprises; the third is that the government departments will punish the responsible persons of the enterprises, which is usually a fine.
