Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is a major component of China's medical system. Since ancient times, many doctors have contributed a great deal to the formation of the TCM system. Among them, the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic is the basic source of the theory of TCM system, as well as the treatment and prevention of diseases. According to legend, the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic was written by the Yellow Emperor, which is divided into two parts: Yin Classic and Yang Classic.

The Yellow Emperor said: Yin and Yang are the way of heaven and earth, the discipline of everything, the parents of change, the origin of life and death, and the house of gods. Treatment must be based on the principle. Therefore, the accumulation of yang is heaven, and the accumulation of yin is earth. Yin is quiet and Yang is impetuous. Yang generates and Yin grows. Yang kills Yin. Yang transforms into qi, and Yin forms. Extreme cold generates heat, extreme heat generates cold. The cold air is turbid and the hot air is clear.

In the spring and March, this is called "hair Chen". The heaven and the earth are born, and all things are proud. They lie down at night and get up early, walk widely in the court, and are sent slowly, so as to make the ambition grow. They are born without killing. They are given without seizing. They are rewarded without punishment. This is the answer to the spring spirit and the way to keep healthy. If it goes against the trend, it will hurt the liver. In summer, it will become cold, and there will be few seniors.
Is Huangdi's Internal Classic written by Huangdi
Also known as the Internal Classic, it is one of the earliest classics in China and the first of the four classics of Chinese traditional medicine. It is said that it was written by the Yellow Emperor and is famous for it.
However, it is generally recognized that this book was finally formed in the Western Han Dynasty, and the author was not a single person, but was created by the inheritance, supplement and development of Chinese physicians in previous dynasties. It belongs to the false trust of later generations.
As pointed out in Huai Nan Zi Xiu Wu Xun, the name is intended to trace back to the source and worship the original, so as to explain the early birth of Chinese medical culture.
Is Yellow Emperor a real person
The Yellow Emperor was a real human being, appearing from 2717 BC to 2599 BC. He was the leader of the ancient Chinese tribal alliance and the co owner of the ancient Chinese nation in ancient China, and was honored as the "first ancestor of humanity".
According to historical records, the Yellow Emperor was named as the Yellow Emperor because of his virtue. During his reign, he planted hundreds of grains of vegetation, vigorously developed production, and began to make clothes, boats, music, and the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic. After the Yellow Emperor established the world, he formulated the official system of the country, and often offered sacrifices to the ghosts and gods of mountains and rivers.
He calculated and formulated the calendar with God's yarrow. The Yellow Emperor has been in power for a long time, with strong national power, political stability, and cultural progress.
