Ingredients: sugar powder, glucose syrup, water, gelatin tablets, white chocolate, ruby red pigment, sweet condensed milk.
Practice:
Soak the gelatin slices in ice water until soft;
Boil the water, sugar powder and glucose syrup together in a thick pan until they reach;
Remove from the fire, add soft gelatin tablets and sweet condensed milk, and mix gently;
Add chopped white chocolate and pigment, gently stir to make it completely dissolved;
Stir with homogenizer to completely remove bubbles;
It can be used after natural cooling to normal temperature.
