1. Ingredients preparation: 50g dry river noodles, 1 lettuce, 1 egg, 15ml soy sauce, 10g oyster sauce, 2g sugar, proper amount of oil, garlic sprouts, and coriander.
2. Dry river flour is softened by soaking in water.

Precautions for fried rice noodles:
1. The oil should be a little more, and the pan should be hot enough to put river flour, so that the pan will not stick.
2. When frying, stir fry the rice noodles in a big fire. If you stir fry for too long, the rice noodles will be broken.
3. If there are a lot of fried rice noodles and it is difficult to disperse them with a spatula, it is better to use chopsticks to help. Take the chopsticks with your left hand and the spatula with your right hand, and disperse the rice noodles before frying them, so that they will not stick together.
4. Fried rice noodles are best seasoned with soy sauce or fresh juice, without salt. If there are many side dishes, they can be fried separately. The side dishes can be fried with salt, and then mixed with rice noodles.
