1. Xinglong Karst Cave Scenic Area. Xinglong Karst Cave is located in Taojiatai Village, Beishuiquan Township, Xinglong County, 6 kilometers away from the county seat. Xinglong Karst Cave has been found with an area of more than 5000 square meters and a tourism development area of 2700 square meters. At the same time, five branch caves have been found. Xinglong Karst Cave is a large limestone cave with a development age of 1 billion to 1.4 billion years, and it is still growing. It is a typical seepage zone cave and a typical slow diffusion flow calcium carbonate deposit. The calcium carbonate deposits in the cave are complete in types, beautiful in landscape form, and large in volume. It is one of the oldest karst caves in China.
2. Strange Stone Valley. Qishi Valley Qishi Valley is located in Wangpingshi Village, Xinglong County, Hebei Province, and is located in the "Houlong Fengshui Treasure Land" of the Eastern Tomb of the Qing Dynasty. It is close to Xinglong County in the west, Liuliping Forest Park in the south, overlooking the East Tomb of the Qing Dynasty, and Wuling Mountain and the Observatory in the north. It is more than 100 kilometers away from Beijing, Tianjin, and Tangchengde. The three square kilometer scenic spot has dangerous peaks and strange rocks, quiet valleys and clear air, and beautiful forests and deep waters. It is a wonderful flower of Yanshan scenery. Qishi Valley is named for its strange stones.
3. Liuliping National Forest Park. Liuliping National Forest Park is located 15 kilometers southwest of Xinglong County (Xinglong Town), Chengde City, Hebei Province. The total area of the park is 2250 hectares. The geological structure of the tourist resort is dominated by gneiss. The mountains of the Jiulong Lake tourist area are dominated by granite. The mountains are majestic and tall, with many cliffs, forming a unique mountain landscape, such as the Double Lion Cliff, the South Sky Pillar, the Fairy Chess Platform, the Antelope Grand Canyon, and the Turtle Stone.
4. Xinglong Qinglong Pond. Qinglong Lake Scenic Spot is located at the foot of Wuling Mountain, the first peak in east Beijing (30km away from Wuling Mountain). It connects Chengde and Summer Resort in the north, and looks at Qingdong Tomb in the south. It is 15km away from Xinglong County and 1.5km away from the highway. Take the Beijing Chengde Railway Line to Liudaohe Railway Station and get off at the scenic spot for 5km. Qinglong Pond Scenic Area has more than 20 natural scenic spots, including Qinglong Pond, Qinglong Hall, Pearl Curtain Waterfall, Guqing Tongtian Cave, and Longtou Mountain.
5. Wuling Mountain Scenic Area. The plants in the park belong to warm temperate deciduous broad-leaved forest. The forest is dense, with a wide variety of species and extremely rich resources. 1870 species of higher plants have been listed in 10 national protected plants, including 178 rare wild flowers; Wuling Mountain, known as the "Medicine Mountain", has 903 kinds of Chinese medicinal plants. Because of the high mountains and dense forests, there are 161 kinds of animals and birds, including 2 kinds of animals under national first class protection and 12 kinds of animals under second class protection; It is the northernmost limit of macaque natural distribution.
6. The first spring in Northern China. Saibei First Spring is located in Beihuodao Village, Liudaohe Town, west of Xinglong County, about 15km away from the county seat. With convenient transportation, it is a natural scenic spot integrating water scenery, sightseeing, leisure, vacation and recuperation.
7. Xinglong Honghe Canyon Rafting. The Red River Canyon Drifting Scenic Spot is the residual vein of Yanshan Mountain. The geological structure has been cut and scoured for thousands of years to form a "u" shaped canyon, which belongs to Danxia landform. It naturally forms a sculpture art corridor, known as "Zhangjiajie".
8. Xinglong Station of National Astronomical Observatory. Belonging to the Open Laboratory of Optics of the National Astronomical Observatory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, it is the optical astronomy observation base for stars and galaxies of the National Astronomical Observatory. It is interesting to watch and appreciate the celestial phenomena here.
9. Jiulong Lake Natural Scenic Area. The scenic spot belongs to the natural scenic spot of gorge type. During the orogenic crustal activity 140 million years ago, the canyon spectacle of cutting with knives and axes was formed. It is both beautiful and dangerous, and the scenery is mysterious and attractive. The scenic spot was officially opened to the public in 1997, with a total area of more than 30 square kilometers. The scenic spot is famous for its crisscross canyons, high mountains and dense forests, deep pools, and continuous streams and pools. There are nine deep pools distributed in a cascade along the canyon trend, so it is named Jiulong Pool after the Nine Sons of Longsheng.
10. Mushroom Valley "Renquan" Site. The Muguyu "Renquan" Site dates from 1942 to 1946 and is located in Mugucun Village, Muguxiang, Xinglong County, Chengde City. On October 20, 2008, Muguyu "Renquan" Site was announced by the People's Government of Hebei Province as the fifth batch of provincial cultural relics protection units.
