As we all know, the interview process of the structured group is divided into two stages: taking turns to answer questions and commenting and responding. There is basically no independent thinking time between each stage and each link, and candidates are required to be able to respond flexibly and calmly. At the same time, the structural team is also constantly innovating from the perspective of details. There are always new changes, and it is extremely important to check the examinee's on-site response ability.
Make full use of 15 minutes of test preparation, be able to grasp the initiative of answering questions, react quickly, and maintain a confident and calm state of the exam.
It takes 15 minutes to prepare for the three questions. It can be said that there is plenty of time, and some candidates can even finish writing verbatim. If you spend 15 minutes writing drafts completely, you will be far behind the starting line.
1. Time allocation. It is suggested that candidates should divide the preparation into three stages: outline preparation stage, preset comments and improve the proficiency outline.
(1) Prepare the answer outline. I believe that most candidates think they are familiar with it and have practiced it many times. Let's have a look at the facts. Read the topic quickly, clarify the core topic, and never pick words or make mistakes. Extract the key information in the question and construct the answer structure. At this time, pay attention to whether the topic information is fully used, whether there is any missing content that is not presented, and write it clearly and concisely on the draft paper. This is a reminder for all examinees to make sure that their handwriting is clear enough and the font is large enough. Try not to use cursive or scrawl together. The key points of each question are clearly distinguished to avoid the tension in the examination room. Friendly Reminder 2: Be more confident, find differences, and focus on topics that are long, have no content, and seem to have been done. It is recommended that the duration of this phase should not exceed 10 minutes.
(2) Default comment content. Don't do nothing after you finish the preparation for the test. Comments and responses are a major problem for most candidates, and it is even more difficult to find others' problems. Comments require substantive questions, which cannot be perfunctory. If you want to get through the comments safely, you can have a little depth and even make a big splash. It is necessary to preset in advance. This stage should have at least 5 minutes, and only need to confirm the key and difficult points of each question according to the questions. Mark the key points on the part of the draft paper that belongs to the candidate, so that when listening to others' answers, you can correspond and quickly find the outstanding questions.
(3) Improve the proficiency outline. If there is still time to complete the first two stages, it can be used to sort out the logical structure, fine tune the deletion, add some ordinal words and other small details, and then quickly go through the main points in your mind from beginning to end.
2. Improve efficiency. (1) Merit lies in the present and benefit lies in the examination room. One of the important bases for improving the preparation efficiency is to be able to quickly extract the stem information, grasp the key points and clarify the logic. In order to meet these requirements in a short time, the majority of examinees need to be able to grasp the intentions of the examiners, grasp the key points of different questions, and comment on the principles of response. (2) Pay attention to methods and save time. First, the logic is clear. The outline preparation stage should adapt to the form of total score+supplement. Determine the core content of each part before filling. Second, use draft paper reasonably. Write quickly, abbreviate, use words and symbols instead of sentences. If you are very sure about yourself, you can not write. You can use line segments instead of positions. Only a clear draft can play its greatest role in the examination room.
