1. Density board (MDF).
The density board is made of powdery wood fiber by pressing at high temperature. Its surface flatness is very good. It is soft and impact resistant, with high strength, uniform density, and easy to reprocess. It is suitable for making blister board, paint baking board, etc. The waterproof of the density board is poor, and it is easy to expand and deform due to moisture.
2. Solid wood particle board.
Solid wood particle board is a new, high-grade and environmentally friendly material. The board produced by the process of particleboard has high density, large wood fiber particles in the board, and has the nature of natural wood. The adhesive content is generally less than 5%, which is environmentally friendly. The processing performance is also good as that of particleboard, and the particle board is thermal insulation and sound absorption. The process of solid wood particle board is relatively simple, the quality difference will be great, and it is difficult to identify, the bending resistance and tensile strength are also poor, and the density is loose and easy to loosen.
3. Solid wood multilayer board.
Solid wood multilayer board is made of three or more layers of solid wood veneers or thin plates about one millimeter thick, such as three plywood, five plywood, nine plywood and twelve plywood (commonly known as plywood, five centimeter board, nine centimeter board, twelve centimeter board). The core used for multilayer board mainly includes poplar, miscellaneous wood and amine wood multilayer board, with good structural strength and stability.
4. Blockboard.
The blockboard is a large core board with solid wood core, which has high strength, strong texture, sound absorption, heat insulation, low moisture content and other characteristics.
5. Integrated board.
The integrated board is a new kind of solid wood material. It uses large diameter logs and deeply processed and staggered boards, which can be directly colored and painted, saving a process compared with blockboard.
6. Ecological paint free board.
All solid wood ecological paint free board has good stability, strong deformation resistance, strong nail holding force, environmental protection level can reach the European e0 standard, and formaldehyde emission is below 0.5.
7. Fireproof board.
Fireproof board is a decorative board made of silica or calcium materials as the main raw materials, mixed with a certain proportion of fiber materials, lightweight aggregates, adhesives and chemical additives, and autoclaved, with a thickness of 0.6-1.2mm in general. Fireproof board is cheap, high strength, fire resistance and moisture resistance, and is mainly used in cabinets, exhibition cabinets, etc. It is not recommended to be used in wardrobe.
