Article 75 of the General Principles of the Civil Law stipulates that citizens' personal property includes:
1. Legal income: refers to the income obtained by citizens through their own labor or other methods within the scope permitted by law, such as wages, bonuses, contribution fees, interest, share dividends, gifts, etc;
2. Housing: mainly refers to the housing used by citizens for living;
3. Savings: refers to the money deposited by citizens in banks or credit cooperatives, which can be inquired according to law when the judicial organs of citizens' savings offices need to handle cases. No other unit or individual can inquire. Banks and credit cooperatives have the duty of confidentiality;
4. Daily necessities, such as clothes, grain, tableware, transportation tools, etc;
5. Cultural relics, such as calligraphy, painting, ceramics and other valuable items;
6. Books and materials, such as various books, newspapers, charts, etc;
7. Trees, livestock, means of production and other lawful property, such as tractors and machine tools, which are permitted by law to be owned by citizens.
