1、 As one of the sponsors of the Shanghai International Corrugated Carton Paper Packaging Exhibition, the Paper Committee participated in the preparatory work. The Shanghai Packaging Technology Association, Shanghai International Modern Exhibition Co., Ltd., Shanghai Gray Exhibition Service Co., Ltd., and the Shanghai Packaging Association Paper Container Packaging Committee jointly sponsored this exhibition and held several meetings in the first half of this year, To discuss the direction, objectives and specific matters of the exhibition and clarify the division of labor. 2、 Internal and external exchanges, learning from experience

This year, there is a high requirement for the evaluation of excellence. It must be more than three color dot printing and more than three color chromaticity. 15 products from 12 enterprises have been declared. After physical performance testing by Shanghai Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute, all of them meet the national standards. The evaluation will be conducted after they are qualified. In July this year, the Paper Committee organized an industry evaluation group in Shanghai Reconstruction Packaging Co., Ltd., which was selected by the judges and strongly supported by the company. The judges were divided into two groups, namely, the declaration carton number (without factory name) was grouped one by one and scored according to the scoring conditions, and then the two groups summarized. The judges rechecked and scored the total score, and finally determined Shanghai Huali Shengxing, Shengbai, Xinqing and Xintonglian were rated as the best excellent products, and eight products of Shanghai Huali and other enterprises were rated as excellent products. Shanghai Huilian Corn arowana was declared as the best excellent product by Shanghai Huali in the last session. The judges discussed their opinions. It was recorded that the level of Shanghai Huilian Golden arowana was certain, but the score did not exceed that of Huali, and the same product was not evaluated as a priority. Some factories had many problems in printing and binding due to low scores, so they were not rated. I hope to continue my efforts and participate in the selection next time.
The judges discussed that for the fourth time, some factories insisted on participating in the selection and achieved certain results, and the overall level has improved to a certain extent, so as to encourage them. After discussion, the best excellence award enterprises were rated as "quality trustworthy enterprises" more than twice, Huali, Shengbo and Xintonglian three enterprises, and the best award enterprises were rated as "quality pacesetter enterprises" more than three times, Fumen, Magnolia, Xinqing, Changjin, Shengbao, Guojia and Carton Factory.
The judges agreed to praise Jifeng, Shengxing and Reconstruction for their achievements.
4、 The "star packing" enterprises are evaluated by experts after the application is submitted by the enterprise.
In 2006, relevant materials were filled in and submitted for review, and then submitted to experts for evaluation after being reviewed by the Paper Committee.
At the end of July this year, an evaluation meeting was held in Shanghai Changjing Packaging Materials Co., Ltd., and the judges and experts reviewed each item according to the standard. The final opinion was that Shanghai Minxin Packaging Materials Factory was a four-star packaging enterprise in 2004, and this year it was declared a five-star packaging enterprise. After two years of efforts, the workshops, canteens, Minxin gardens, and offices were transformed. Sales rose by 20%, and profits, taxes The per capita profit and sales profit rate have improved significantly. The first company has achieved three certifications, and its technical transformation has taken the lead in the industry. The judges unanimously agreed that Shanghai Minxin Packaging Materials Factory should be upgraded to a "five-star packaging enterprise". The judges evaluated Shanghai Chaochang Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd. as a "four-star packaging enterprise", and Shanghai Changjing Packaging Materials Co., Ltd Shanghai Jumin Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Dingsheng Printing Co., Ltd. are evaluated as "three-star packaging enterprises".
5、 Special session
On May 20 this year, the Paper Committee held a seminar on the reform and development of the carton industry at the Eliton Hotel, Fengxin Town, Fengxian District. Seven enterprises introduced the reform and development

There were 37 units and more than 50 people attending the meeting. They spoke highly of the presentations made at the meeting by Shanghai Minxin, Dinglong, Xinqing, Shengbo, Huali, Xintonglian and Dingsheng. The conference issued materials of seven units. After the conference, according to the requirements of enterprises, the seven units' speech materials were introduced in the form of documents, which were sent to each member enterprise to organize learning. Before the meeting, we held a meeting of the chief and deputy secretaries general and speakers to discuss the summary outline and give a summary of the preparation for more than a month. The speeches of Shanghai Minxin, Xinqing and Dinglong were well received by the representatives at the meeting. After the evaluation, a technical exchange and cooperation meeting was held in Dinglong, Shanghai. The excellent product carton factory and papermaking and printing ink machinery equipment factory were invited to participate in the symposium, which achieved certain results, strengthened the cooperation and discussion between the two sides, and improved the product quality.
6、 Price coordination
During the reform and development seminar, a symposium on price coordination was held, and many representatives expressed good opinions and suggestions, raising many questions: (1) Whether the industry price coordination should be continued; (2) More publicity should be given to industry price coordination.
Everyone agreed that the price coordination in the industry must continue. If it is not done well, the price of the association and the issuance of documents still have a certain role. At least the industry association gives enterprises a basis to discuss with users, and users agree.
The first two paper committees have publicized the three major problems in the industry, namely, price, consumption and receivables, in China Packaging News, Shanghai Packaging, Paper Packaging Industry and Paper Weekly. Shanghai paper container industry information publication published many articles to promote, which attracted the attention of enterprises, and criticized enterprises with low prices without naming examples.
After the meeting, the Paper Committee of Shanghai Packaging Association issued the Document No.7 of 2006 to adjust the prices of corrugated boxes and paper products.
7、 Adjustment of leading organization
On July 20 this year, a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Principal and Deputy Directors was held to convey the instructions of the Association and discuss the adjustment of the leadership structure. Before the meeting, a meeting of the Secretary General was held to discuss the adjustment plan and submit it to the Directors' Meeting for discussion.
The old chief and deputy directors, according to the instructions of the municipal contracting association, should not change in principle, and the general manager of the enterprise who supports the work of the association and actively participates in various activities should be added, and the secretary group should propose a supplementary plan.
The meeting decided to adopt:
Zhang Huigen, the director of Shanghai Minxin Packaging Materials Factory, was added as the vice chairman;

1. 9 old standing members will be retained, including Zhang Weiguo, Zhuang Jianneng, Chen Yajun, Lu Rongzhong, Zhang Rongbiao, Xu Xichang, Ni Xizhang, Fu Ronghua and Zhu Zhongkang.
2. Members were promoted to 7 standing members (no members): Feng Jianyu, Zhu Mingfa, Xu Shicai, Lu Yue, Hu Jianye, Zheng Yixiong, Shi Dongliang.
