Ingredients: 400g purple potatoes, 15g butter, some white granulated sugar, and some osmanthus.
Wash and steam the purple potatoes, cool them in the air, and then peel off the purple potatoes.
Butter softens at room temperature.
Cut the purple potatoes into long strips.
Heat the pan with high heat and turn it to low heat. Put on purple chips and bake for 5 minutes.
Take 1/2 butter and put it on a pan, let the purple fries be evenly covered with butter, and continue to bake for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle a small amount of white granulated sugar, and gently stir fry the purple chips until the white sugar is completely dissolved. Add 1/2 butter, evenly dip the dried purple potatoes, and bake until the surface is slightly brown.
Sprinkle proper amount of osmanthus.
Gently stir fry dried purple potatoes and osmanthus, and turn off the heat after 3 minutes. Finally, sprinkle a small amount of dried osmanthus as decoration.
