It is delicious to make pancakes, salad and bamboo shoots of horse head orchid.
1、 Pan fried horse head orchid.
1. Prepare ingredients: eggs, sausage, flour, horse head orchid, rapeseed oil, salt.
2. Remove the roots of horse head orchid and wash it. Soak it for 10 minutes.
3. Take out the drained water and chop it with the sausage.

2、 Cold mixed horse head orchid.
1. Ingredients: Malan head, garlic, dried chilli, soy sauce, seafood sauce.
2. Rinse Malan Head, blanch it and drain it.
3. Put it into a large basin, add raw soy sauce, seafood soy sauce, salt and garlic.
4. Deep fry the dried chilli until fragrant. Pour it on the garlic and mix well.
3、 Stir fried horse head orchid with bamboo shoots.
1. Prepare ingredients: Malan head, bamboo shoots, salt, sugar.
2. Peel and dice the bamboo shoots, wash the Malan head, blanch and dice for standby.
3. Put oil in the pot and stir fry the diced bamboo shoots until they are raw. Add salt and sugar and stir fry until they taste good.
4. Add Malan head and stir well.
