3. The candidates for provincial service oriented grassroots project personnel are:
(1) Those who have participated in the project of "selecting and hiring college graduates to serve in villages (communities)" (hereinafter referred to as college students "village officials") in our province for more than 2 years, and who have been assessed as competent or above every year.
(2) Participants in the "College Students Volunteer Service Western Plan" selected by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the "College Students Volunteer Service Mountainous Areas, Islands and Remote Areas Plan" selected by our province (the original "College Students Volunteer Service Less Developed Areas Plan") (hereinafter referred to as the "two plans") have completed their service, been qualified for annual assessment over the years, and have accumulated more than two years of grass-roots work experience.
After leaving the service post, the above (1) and (2) personnel will enjoy the targeted examination policy for 5 years. If they are no longer in service posts in 2016, the period will be 2017-2021, and so on.
(3) Retired soldiers who have served in the army for more than 5 years and are college graduates from Zhejiang Province or registered permanent residence.
Retired soldiers of college graduates refer to those who joined the army after college or above and have retired; Those who have been admitted to ordinary colleges and universities or served in the army during their study period, continue to study after retirement and have obtained a college diploma or above.
4. The recruitment targets of service oriented grassroots project personnel in municipal government departments with districts and cities shall refer to provincial units, and the details shall be announced by each city.
5. The candidates for the service oriented grassroots project personnel of county level institutions are: those who have participated in the college student "village official" project of our province for more than 2 years, who are competent in the annual assessment over the years, and who are still on the job; Those who have participated in the college student "village official" project service for more than two terms of employment, have been qualified in the annual assessment over the years, and have been off the post for less than three years. 6. The recruitment of excellent village cadres by township authorities is divided into "Position 1" and "Position 2". "Position 1" is for college students and "village officials", and its scope and object are the same as those of grass-roots service project personnel in county-level institutions; "Position 2" is intended for village cadres who are not college students' "village officials". The scope and object of the position are: persons who have been elected as the current village party organization and village committee (hereinafter referred to as the "two committees" of the village) leaders in the administrative regions of each county (city, district) and have served for two consecutive years or the current village "two committees" members or more have served for three consecutive years (in line with "Position 1" If the recruitment scope and target are not available, they cannot apply for "Position 2"). Since 2018, village cadres who are no longer serving as the "two committees" of the village due to the removal and merger of the administrative village, but who are actually still performing the responsibilities of the "two committees" of the village in the transition period, are included in the current "two committees" of the village.
