2023 Henan Dance Unified Examination Content
（1） Artistic dance
The examination is mainly carried out from the aspects of physical condition, soft opening ability, quantity and quality of technical skills, difficulty of selecting dance dramas and pieces, and expressive force of works of Henan dance examinees.
1. The content of basic skill examination mainly includes body observation, soft opening (vertical fork, horizontal fork, lower back on both sides), and leg lifting (front, side, and back legs respectively); The technical skill combination of jumping, turning and turning, such as four position turning, horizontal turning and big jump, as well as the female movements such as point turning, string turning and backward kicking Zijinguan, and the male movements such as double flying swallows and whirlpool.

（2） International standard dance
The basic skills examination mainly includes body observation, soft opening (lower vertical fork, horizontal fork and lower waist of left and right legs), control (moving front, side and back legs facing one point and controlling), and rotation (four position rotation, continuous horizontal rotation).
The performance of a play is a performance test. That is to say, Henan dance examinees independently complete their own dance works.
