Stir fried razor clams with red pepper.
Ingredients: 4 onions, 3 pieces of ginger, 2 red peppers, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar.
Practice:
1. Immerse the razor clam in the brackish water for 2 hours to make the razor clam spit out all the sediment. Then clean the shell with a brush, remove it and drain it for use.
2. Heat up the wok with oil, add shredded ginger and green onion, and stir fry with red pepper.
3. Add the sea clam and stir it over high heat until the shell of the sea clam is completely open.
4. Cook in cooking wine, stir fry, add salt, soy sauce, sugar, stir fry for a while, and then eat out of the pot.
