1. Ingredients: 450g pork, sliced pork, 1 bag of pickled cabbage (250g), washed and cut into shreds, proper amount of fish sauce, 1 cup and a half of water, proper amount of soy sauce, raw flour, sugar, salt, water, oil.
2. Marinate pork with soy sauce, sugar and salt for 10 minutes, then add cornflour, water and oil to marinate for 5 minutes.
3. Put oil in the pan and fry the pork until fully cooked. Add shredded sauerkraut and pork, stir fry until fragrant, add water, cover and boil for 5 minutes. Add fish sauce to taste.
