2. Compulsory isolation for drug rehabilitation. In order to ensure the effect of drug rehabilitation, drug addicts are isolated in a special treatment place according to law and treated in an environment isolated from drugs. The period of compulsory isolation for drug rehabilitation is two years.
3. Family detoxification: this kind of detoxification is carried out under the supervision of the public security organ and under the guidance of the medical department, and the members who have taken drug abuse under the supervision of the family perform detoxification at home.
4. Community detoxification. Different from the closed environment in the past, the treatment of drug addiction is a kind of treatment mode in which the public security organ decides to place drug addicts in the community where they live, and the relevant grass-roots organizations and institutions manage drug addiction. The period of community detoxification is three years.
5. Community rehabilitation. The public security organ may order a person who has been released from compulsory isolation for drug rehabilitation to accept community rehabilitation for not more than three years. The urban sub district office and the township people's government shall be responsible for implementing a series of rehabilitation measures such as physical detoxification, psychological correction, labor rehabilitation, vocational training, etc. with the care and help of community grass-roots organizations and families. The period of community rehabilitation shall not exceed three years.
6. Drug rehabilitation through reeducation through labor: The Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Drug Rehabilitation stipulates that: "Those who take or inject drugs after compulsory drug rehabilitation can implement reeducation through labor and be forced to quit during reeducation through labor."
