How to register for safety officer certificate
1. The security officer needs to refer to the registration website on the official notice of the local housing and construction department.
2. Materials required for safety officer examination registration:
① One copy of ID card, both front and back copies;
② One copy of academic certificate, which shall clearly show important information such as academic number;
③ Two 1-inch color certificate photos;
④ The completed application form should be filled in correctly and perfectly to avoid affecting the examination.
3. Safety officer examination, registration and training expenses
Pay the relevant examination fees (including training fees, registration fees, examination fees, certificate cost) after the registration information is verified to be correct.
Application conditions for safety officer
1. Good professional ethics, good health, no more than 60 years of age (except the legal representative), mental health, and full civil capacity.
2. The in-service personnel, demission personnel and other enterprise staff of the construction enterprise cannot register.
3. Education background and requirements: safety officers are divided into three categories, and different categories have different education requirements
① The main person in charge of the construction enterprise shall have a college degree or above. Except for enterprise legal person, other reference personnel can only apply for the certificate of first-class constructor and the letter of appointment of the enterprise;
② The person in charge of the project shall be a technical secondary school (including high school, technical secondary school and vocational high school) or above, and have a Class I constructor or Class II construction registration certificate;
③ The full-time safety production management personnel of the construction enterprise shall have a secondary technical school (including high school, technical secondary school and vocational high school) degree or above and be engaged in relevant work at the same time;
4. It has passed the annual safety production education and training assessment of the enterprise, and has certain safety knowledge and exercise ability.
5. The project leader and full-time safety production management personnel shall not work in more than two (including two) units, and can only be responsible for one enterprise.
