Power plants refer to power plants that convert some form of original energy into electrical energy for fixed facilities or transportation, such as thermal, hydraulic, steam, diesel or nuclear power plants. Accidents in any link will affect the safe and economic operation of the power plant. Therefore, in order to ensure the safe and economic operation of thermal power plants, it is necessary to equip perfect protection and control devices and systems.
Are power plants all state-owned enterprises? No. At present, the domestic power industry is mainly composed of five central enterprises (Huaneng, Datang, Huadian, Guodian, and CPI) and four small groups (China Resources, Shenhua, SDIC Power, and CGN), as well as local power generation enterprises such as Wanneng, Ganneng, Zheneng, Suyuan, and Yuedian. These are basically state-owned enterprises or state capital such as China Resources registered in Hong Kong. However, as an effective supplement, especially in some mountainous areas, some small introduced projects are needed, so it is appropriate to invest in a small capacity generator set. Many of these are foreign capital or Hong Kong capital background, such as Shenzhen Energy, and even domestic private ownership, such as some small hydropower.
