Dish name: Tasty Sushi Roll
Ingredients: 150g cooked rice, 1 piece of sushi laver, 50g ham, 10g meat floss, 50g carrot, 1 egg, 1 cucumber, 1 tablespoon sushi vinegar
Practice:
1. The oil in the pot is hot, and the eggs are scattered into the pot and spread into egg skins;
2. Clean and shred cucumber and carrot, shred ham, shred egg skin;
3. Pour sushi vinegar into rice and mix well. The ratio of sushi vinegar to rice is about 1:6;
4. Put sushi laver on the sushi curtain, and spread the rice flat. Do not press the rice grains. Try to keep the rice grains intact and soft, leaving a little margin around;
5. Lay the sliced cucumber, carrot, egg skin, ham and meat floss on the rice;
6. Roll up the laver with the sushi curtain and open it after holding it tightly;
7. Dip water on the knife and cut the sushi roll into small pieces.
