Zou Hongjun said that university science and technology parks and high-tech zones are the main bodies of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, but university science and technology parks have difficulties and problems in serving high-tech zones. The university does not have enough knowledge of the needs of high-tech zones, and lacks the grasp of closely combining with local economic development. Zou Hongjun said that the next step would be to implement the spirit of the 9th Plenary Session of the 11th Provincial Party Committee, promote the implementation of the joint conference mechanism of high-tech parks and university science parks, integrate the scientific and technological resources of universities and research institutes, promote the sharing of resources between university science parks and high-tech parks, and boost the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
