For candidates who really need to register for the examination in a different place, they shall, in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Education and the Administrative Measures of Shandong Province for the Service of Migrant Population, apply for residence registration and apply for residence cards to the local police station with their resident identity cards and other valid identity documents and relevant materials. Non local candidates can apply for the adult college entrance examination only if they meet one of the following three conditions:
(1) When the registration information can be confirmed on the adult college entrance examination site, candidates who provide the original and copy of the Residence Permit issued by the public security organ in the place where the registration is confirmed (in the city divided into districts) can apply for the examination, and can only confirm the registration information at the confirmation point in the place where the Residence Permit is issued (in the city divided into districts);
(2) The examinee who is in the process of applying for the Residence Permit shall provide the residence registration certificate issued by the local police station where the confirmation point is located and the social security certificate issued by the human resources and social security department for six consecutive months at the time of on-site confirmation;
(3) Candidates whose Residence Permit expires after January 1, 2022 and has not been reissued in time shall provide the residence registration certificate issued by the local public security police station where the confirmation point is located and the original and copy of the expired Residence Permit at the time of on-site confirmation.
