How to stipulate the valid period of qualified scores of objective questions in the legal examination
The passing scores of objective questions in the legal examination are valid in this year and the next examination year. The registration and examination of the objective and subjective questions of the National Legal Professional Qualification Examination are conducted separately. The registration of the objective questions of the legal examination generally starts around June every year, and the examination starts at the beginning of September. The registration time of the subjective subjects is about one week after the release of the examination results of the objective questions.

The national unified legal professional qualification examination adopts the national unified proposition.
The objective examination of the National Uniform Legal Professional Qualification Examination consists of two volumes. It is divided into Test Paper I and Test Paper II. Each test paper has 100 questions, with a score of 150 points, including 50 single choice questions, 1 point for each question, 50 multiple choice questions and indefinite choice questions, with 2 points for each question. The total score of the two test papers is 300 points. The specific examination subjects are:
Test paper 1: socialist theory of the rule of law with Chinese characteristics, jurisprudence, constitution, Chinese legal history, international law, judicial system and legal professional ethics, criminal law, criminal procedure law, administrative law and administrative procedure law.
Test Paper 2: Civil Law, Intellectual Property Law, Commercial Law, Economic Law, Environmental Resources Law, Labor and Social Security Law, Private International Law, International Economic Law, Civil Procedure Law (including arbitration system).
