1. Different hospitals have different reimbursement rates of medical insurance
If a person spent 10000 yuan in a hospital, if he was hospitalized in a first-class hospital, he would first subtract 500 yuan. If he was hospitalized in a second-class hospital, he would first subtract 1000 yuan. If he was hospitalized in a tertiary hospital, he would first subtract 2000 yuan, and then subtract "non-medical insurance drug expenses" and "other non-medical insurance expenses". The remaining employees would report 80%, retired or unemployed 50% unemployed.
Note: medical insurance reimbursement only covers Class A drugs, i.e. medical insurance drugs, while Class B drugs are non medical insurance drugs and cannot be reimbursed.
2. Proportion of inpatient medical reimbursement for in-service employees
For hospitalization under medical insurance, the total expenses, excluding the self expense part, shall be paid by the first 10% of the class B expenses, and the part exceeding the threshold fee of the hospital medical insurance shall enjoy the proportion of overall payment. The threshold fee varies with the level of the hospital, and the proportion of overall payment is also different. The proportion of medical insurance for employees is more than 80% (82%/84%/87% in Wuhan), and the proportion of medical insurance for residents is about 70% (80%/65%/50% in Wuhan).
In this way, it is hard to say the proportion of medical insurance inpatients who pay their own money. The self paid part is all paid by themselves, and the threshold fee is all paid by themselves. For the Class B expenses, first they pay 10% of their own money, and then together with the Class A expenses, they pay about 20% of their own money.
