1. Ingredients: 500g red pepper, 10ml white wine, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon baking soda, 50g salt, 1/4 bottle of white vinegar. Note: The chilli must be dried after washing and dried before pickling, otherwise it will foam and become inedible.
2. Buy fresh small red peppers.
3. Use scissors to cut off the pepper.
4. Add 1 tablespoon flour and 1 tablespoon baking soda and soak for 20 minutes.
5. Rinse carefully.
6. Drain the water.
7. Use a toothpick to stick pepper in your eyes.
8. Soak in a pickle jar.
9. Add white vinegar, 1/4, and 10 ml liquor.
10. Add salt.
11. Close the lid, add cold boiled water to the rim of the jar, and serve in 20 days.
