1. There is no urgent demand in the market. At present, it seems that only BYD models are equipped with the original tachograph, and other vehicles are not equipped with it.
2. It's hard to adjust, not all car owners think this configuration is necessary, and the usage habits of each car owner are inconsistent. If it is installed, there may be a complaint from the owner, saying that it infringes his privacy and so on. Then he will have to remove it and pay compensation.
3. Many countries do not have this demand. In many European countries, the use of tachographs is prohibited. In many countries that allow the use of tachographs, many restrictions have been formulated. For example, Germany is one of the representatives. Although the use of tachographs is allowed, the image data cannot be disclosed or used as evidence. Switzerland is very sensitive to the protection of personal information. The Swiss government stipulates that tachographs cannot be used in public places. Luxembourg stipulates that although individuals can own a tachograph, they will be arrested if they are found recording the privacy of others.
