The examination subjects for assistant social workers are divided into two subjects: Comprehensive Ability of Social Work (Primary) and Social Work Practice (Primary).
Primary Social Work Practice:
The questions are divided into single choice and multiple choice. There are 60 single choices, one point for each, 20 multiple choices, and two points for each. Single choice accounts for 60% of the total score, and multiple choice accounts for 40% of the total score.

The professional level examination for social workers is divided into three levels: (junior) assistant social worker, (intermediate) social worker and senior social worker.
