Ingredients: 350ml milk, some honey beans, 1 egg, 30g sugar, 15g lotus root powder
1. Put milk, lotus root starch, sugar and egg yolk into a bowl and mix well;
2. Pour the stirred milk liquid into a small pot and heat it. When boiling bubbles appear, turn the heat down immediately, the smaller the better, and boil until the liquid becomes thick;
3. Continue to stir for about 1 minute to make the milk slightly sticky, and turn off the fire;
4. First, put some honey beans in the mold, pour the mixed milk into the ice lolly mold, and then add some honey beans in the middle. Cover the mold and put it into the refrigerator freezer to refrigerate for more than 5 hours.
