1. Training purpose
In order to improve the professional basic skills and education and teaching level of new teachers, exercise and improve their professional skills and skills, get familiar with the job as soon as possible, skillfully and normatively arrange and organize children's one-day activities, enrich practical work experience, and quickly grow into a qualified and excellent preschool teacher, the following training program is hereby formulated.
2. Training methods and contents
(1) Teacher led apprentice: backbone teachers and new teachers learn in pairs. The key point is to guide new teachers in "how to organize kindergarten one-day activities".
(2) Centralized learning: backbone teachers organize training in professional basic skills, teaching materials and methods, education theory, etc.
Music: learn simple music theory, organ playing methods, common rhythms in kindergartens, playing and singing music, etc.
Art: learn simple strokes, the use of color, and the production of teaching aids.
Dance: learn children's basic dance steps, basic dance movements of all ethnic groups, and small children's dance.
⑶ Personal self-study: new teachers teach preschool pedagogy, psychology, hygiene, kindergarten class management, kindergarten work procedures, kindergarten education guidelines, preschool education magazines and other contents on their own, take notes, be diligent in reflection and accumulation, and write more experience.
