There are a total of 10 courses in the CFA grade examination, including Ethics and Professional Behavior Standards, Quantitative Analysis, Economics, Financial Statement Analysis, Corporate Finance, Portfolio Management, Equity Investment, Fixed Income Investment, Derivatives, and Other Investments.
Cfa level 1 and level 2 are the same, requiring 10 subjects. The subjects of CFA Level 3 examination are three less than those of CFA Level 1 and Level 2. The subjects of Level 3 examination include Standards of Ethics and Professional Conduct, Economics, Portfolio Management, Equity Investment, Fixed Income Investment, Derivative Instruments and Other Investments. Candidates can only register for Level II exam after passing Level I exam and Level III exam after passing Level II exam.
