Stewed beef with Hericium erinaceus is as follows:
Ingredients: 2 jin beef, 3 chicken bones, 30 Hericium erinaceus, ham, yams, carrots.
Procedure:
1. Wash oxtail bone and chicken leg bone, boil them with cold water and appropriate cooking wine, blanch them to remove blood and remove them for use;
2. Rinse the Hericium erinaceus with running water, and then bubble it with warm water. Peel, wash and cut the yam and carrot into pieces for standby;
3. Take a pot of soup and pour hot water into it, then add beef tailbone, chicken leg bone, ham slice, monkey head mushroom and two pieces of ginger;
