1. Raw materials: cooked peanuts, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, chicken wing juice (vinegar: soy sauce: sesame oil: chicken wing juice=3211), dried chilli, shallots.
2. Cut the dried chilli into small rings and chop the shallots.
3. Pour soy sauce and chicken wing juice into a bowl, sprinkle with chili rings and chopped green onion, pour vinegar, and adjust the taste of the sauce (the amount of each sauce can be adjusted according to your own taste buds).
4. Pour peanuts, pour sesame oil, soak peanuts to taste.
