Stir fried tremella and snow pear soup
Ingredients: 3 pears, 1 tremella, 20g red dates, 5g medlar, 50g rock sugar
The detailed procedures are as follows:
Step 1: First put the tremella into a basin, then add warm water that has not been used for tremella. Soak the tremella 30 minutes in advance. When dried, it is very easy for the tremella to grow when it meets with water, so just soak it in warm water.
Step 2: Clean Sydney once, then peel off the skin of Sydney with a leather scraper, then cut Sydney into four parts, cut off the core with a slanting knife, and then cut it into small pieces of uniform size, put them on a plate for standby, and wash the red dates with clean water to remove the dust on the surface for standby.
Step 3: After the tremella is soaked, clean the tremella, remove the root, tear it into small pieces bit by bit, and put it into a casserole, then add 50g rock sugar and washed red dates, add twice as much water as the ingredients, cover the pot cover, put it in the stove and boil it over high heat. After boiling, turn it into a small heat pot for one hour, and boil the gum of tremella out.
Step 4: After an hour of boiling, remove the lid of the pot, put the Sydney blocks into the pot, turn them over with a spoon, cover the pot, continue to cook for 30 minutes, and boil the nutrients in the Sydney.
Step 5: When the pot is almost cooked, put the medlar into the pot, stir it with a spoon, cover the pot, and cook for another 10 minutes. When it is cooked, it can be served. Eating it while it is hot has better flavor.
