How many years is the exam cycle of First Construction
The examination period of Grade I constructor is 2 years. Candidates can obtain the Certificate of Grade I constructor by passing all examinations in two consecutive examination years. There are four examination subjects of Grade I constructor, namely
Construction Engineering Economics, Construction Engineering Project Management, Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge, and Professional Engineering Management and Practice.
Conditions for "Exemption from Two Subjects" of the First Construction Examination:
Those who meet the above requirements for general examination, obtain the Qualification Certificate of First Class Project Manager of Construction Enterprises issued by the Ministry of Construction before December 31, 2003, and meet one of the following conditions can be exempted from the examination of the two subjects of Construction Engineering Economics and Construction Engineering Project Management, and only participate in the Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge and Professional Engineering Management and Practice 2 subjects.
(1) Engaged as a senior professional and technical position in engineering or engineering economics.
(2) College degree or above in engineering or engineering economics, and 20 years of experience in construction management of construction projects.
Performance management method of First Construction:
1. Rolling management:
Examination of general subjects: the management method of the examination results of the first level constructor's qualification is rolling management, and the results are subject to rolling management for a period of two years. The personnel who take part in the examination of all three subjects must pass all the exam subjects within two consecutive examination years;
2. Non rolling management:
Exemption from examination of some subjects: The personnel who are exempted from examination of some subjects must pass the examination taking subjects within one examination year.
Additional items: The examination results of the additional items of the first construction project are only valid in the year of the examination. After the personnel who apply for the additional items of the first construction project pass the examination, the corresponding professional qualification certificate uniformly printed by the country will be issued, which will serve as the basis for adding the professional category of practice at the time of registration. The examination results are subject to non rolling management, and the examinees must pass the examination subjects within one examination year to obtain the professional practice qualification certificate.
