1. Waiting for the exam. The examinee shall hold the paper interview permit and ID card, arrive at the designated test site on time, and enter the waiting room for the test.
2. Select questions. According to the arrangement of test sites and the order of drawing lots, candidates enter the question drawing room with their admission cards, log in to the interview evaluation system, randomly select test questions from the question bank, and print the list of test questions after their confirmation.
3. Prepare lessons (activity design). The examinee shall hold the examination permit, the list of test questions, and the lesson preparation paper, and be guided by the invigilator to enter the lesson preparation room to write the teaching plan (or activity demonstration plan). The preparation time is 20 minutes.
4. Answer the required questions. Candidates shall be guided by the invigilator to enter the designated interview room with the examination permit, test question list, teaching plan (or activity demonstration scheme). The interviewer randomly selects 2 required questions from the examination question bank and asks the candidates to answer them. It takes about 5 minutes.
5. Try to speak (demonstrate). Candidates give a trial lecture (or demonstration) according to the prepared teaching plan (or activity demonstration scheme). Time: 10 minutes.
6. Defense (statement). The interviewer will ask questions around the content of the candidate's trial speech (or presentation), and the candidate will answer (state). It takes about 5 minutes.
