1. First, prepare egg noodles, potatoes, eggplant, garlic, onions and pork, wash them and cut them for use.
2. Then add some edible oil into the pot, add pork, garlic, onion and stir fry them over low heat to create a fragrant smell.
3. Next, stir fry potatoes and eggplants evenly, season them with thirteen spices, soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt, add some boiled water and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Finally, add egg noodles, simmer for 15 minutes on low heat, remove from the pot and mix well.
