1. Ingredients: 1 zucchini, some chicken breast, some carrots, some red pepper, some ginger, some garlic, some pepper, some soy sauce, and some salt.
2. Marinate chicken breast slices with pepper, salt and oil for 10 minutes.
3. Slice zucchini, carrots and red peppers for later use.
4. Heat up the oil pan, saute ginger and garlic until tender.
5. Add carrots, red peppers and zucchini to stir fry in turn.
6. When the zucchini is almost green, slide some water along the side of the pot, add salt and soy sauce to taste, cover the pot and simmer for 1 minute.
7. Out of the pot, the taste is delicious, and the pumpkin is permeated with the smell of chicken.
