In order to encourage students to actively participate in students' extracurricular academic and scientific activities, comprehensively improve students' awareness and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship, and cultivate outstanding innovative and entrepreneurial talents with coordinated development of knowledge, ability and personality, according to the Measures for the Implementation of Undergraduate Student Scholarship of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University, and in combination with the actual situation of our school, we hereby review our Taraxacum Scholarship (Academic Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship) The selection rules are as follows:
1、 Selection conditions
（1） It meets the basic conditions specified in Item 3, Article 6 of the Measures for the Implementation of Undergraduate Student Scholarship of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University.
（2） Outstanding innovation and entrepreneurship awards and achievements in the academic year are selected.
2、 Selection criteria
（1） First class scholarship can be applied if one of the following conditions is met:
1. Won the third prize or above in international and national academic science and technology professional competitions;
2. Published high-level papers (published by Nature, Science, SCI-JCR Division 1, Chinese Social Sciences, Management World SCI-JCR Zone 2, Economic Research, China Management Science, SCI-JCR Zone 3, Social Science Citation Index (SSCI), SCI-JCR Zone 4, Economic Dynamics, Financial Research, International Trade Issues, Management Science, Journal of Management Science);
3. Won the provincial or higher scientific and technological achievement award (government award);
4. Obtaining national invention patent (obtaining authorization);
5. Won the national innovation and entrepreneurship project.
（2） If one of the following conditions is met, a second-class scholarship can be applied for:
1. Won the third prize or above in the provincial students' academic science and technology competition hosted by the provincial department level administrative organization;
2. Published papers in international academic journals (included by EI and ISTP)
3. Published papers in domestic academic journals (included in the Citation Index of Chinese Social Sciences of Nanjing University and the Catalog of Chinese Core Periodicals of Peking University Library);
4. Won the department level scientific and technological achievement award;
5. Apply for national invention patent and obtain acceptance letter, utility model patent, design patent or computer software copyright;
6. Obtaining provincial innovation and entrepreneurship projects;
7. To register and establish an enterprise as a legal representative during school.
（3） If one of the following conditions is met, the third class scholarship can be applied for:
1. Won the first prize or the first prize in the school level student practical ability contest;
2. Obtain municipal innovation and entrepreneurship projects.
（4） Special instructions:
1. Academic science and technology competition:
(1) The organizer of the competition must be a competent government department.
(2) If the same achievement has won awards at different levels, only the highest award will be selected.
(3) The award level is finally determined by experts.
2. The patent must be the patent project for which the applicant is the first inventor or designer (our school is the first patentee) and has been granted a patent right by the China Patent Office or other national patent offices (utility model patent needs to have a patent certificate; invention patent needs to have a certificate that has passed the preliminary examination of the National Patent Office). The copyright of computer software must be the computer software that the applicant, as the first inventor (our school is the first copyright owner), has been officially registered and granted a certificate by the China Copyright Administration.
3. If the student tutor of an achievement of the above academic paper, patent or computer software copyright is the first author (or inventor, designer), and the student is the second author (or inventor, designer), the student is equal to the first author (or inventor, designer) of the achievement when awarding.
4. Other evaluation results shall be evaluated by experts. Scientific research teams and innovative inventions used for commercial purposes can be declared according to the situation.
5. Those who have won international or national awards and applied for scholarship awards for projects with team projects must apply for corresponding awards for the top five people who have completed the project. If the team project has won provincial and municipal awards and project application scholarship awards, it is necessary to apply for the corresponding awards for the first three persons who have completed the project. Those who have won the third class scholarship of Dandelion Scholarship (Academic Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship) in the municipal academic science and technology competition, school level student practical ability competition and school level innovation and entrepreneurship project with team project must apply for the project leader.
3、 Selection procedure
（1） The student shall fill in and submit the Application Form for Advanced Individual Scholarship of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University and relevant supporting materials.
（2） The leading group for student scholarship selection of each college conducts a preliminary review of student application materials, and reports the list of applicants and relevant materials to the Student Affairs Department (Division).
（3） The Student Affairs Department (Division) shall organize the Academic Affairs Office, the Science and Technology Department, the Science and Technology Industry and Social Service Department, the Employment Guidance Center, the Youth League Committee and other departments to review, and report the results to the school for approval after publicity.
（4） Announce the official list of winners and commend them.
（5） The Rules shall be implemented as of the date of release and interpreted by the Student Affairs Department (Division).
