3. Body
The text includes three parts: quotation, comments and requirements.
The approval quotation points to the object of approval, which is generally referred to as receiving a document or receiving a document. It is necessary to specify the response to the request for instructions on when, what, and what. The time and document number can be omitted.
The reply opinions are the replies and instructions to the questions raised in the request. The meaning should be clear, the tone should be appropriate, and what to agree with, what not to agree with, why not agree with certain terms, and the precautions should be clearly written.
The request for approval (in fact, it can be regarded as the end separately) is some supplementary opinions put forward from the perspective of the higher authorities, or to express hope and call. If you agree, you can write a request; If not, other solutions can be provided.
4. Sign off
This part is written at the bottom right of the approval text, signed with the date of writing and affixed with the official seal, and the date of writing is in Arabic numerals (New Regulations 2012).
The reply is not only an official document with strong directive and policy nature issued by the superior authorities, but also a reply to the request for instructions and approval issued by the subordinate units. Therefore, the reply should be carefully and timely written, and should be replied in a timely manner according to the current policies, laws and rules.
