Ingredients: two pig hooves, a medium sweet potato, 80g onions, a tablespoon of grilled wings, a tablespoon of soy sauce, 5 pieces of cooking wine, some ginger, and some onions.
Practice:
1. Each pig hoof is cut into 6 small pieces, washed, put into a cold water pot to boil the bleeding foam, rinse with hot water, and carefully remove the remaining miscellaneous hairs on it.
2. Put the pig's hooves into the pressure cooker, pour about 2cm of water into the pig's hooves, add ginger slices, onion sections, cooking wine.
3. After the lid is closed and the fire is heated to the point of squeaking, close the sealing valve and reduce the fire pressure for 30 to 40 minutes.
4. Turn off the fire and wait for the gas in the pot to run out, then take out the pig hooves and control them to dry.
5. Mix soy sauce, grilled wings with pig hooves, put them in plastic bags, refrigerate and marinate overnight
