A master's degree is required to assess the professional title of a secondary teacher; Or they have a bachelor's degree or a bachelor's degree, and their probation period has expired for one year and they have passed the examination; Or have a junior college degree, and have been teaching in primary school and junior high school for more than two years; Or have graduated from a secondary normal school, and have been teaching at the tertiary level of primary school for more than 3 years.
To assess the professional title of a Grade III teacher, one must have a college degree, and have completed one year of probation in primary and junior high school education and teaching positions and passed the examination; Or have graduated from a secondary normal school, and have completed a one-year internship in primary education and teaching and passed the examination.
