CFA Level I and Level II examinations include ten subjects, namely, Professional Ethics, Quantitative Analysis, Economics, Financial Statement Analysis, Corporate Finance, Portfolio Management, Equity Investment, Fixed Income Investment, Derivatives Investment and Other Investments.
The CFA Level III exam includes seven subjects: Ethics and Professional Conduct Standards, Economics, Portfolio Management, Equity Investment, Fixed Income Investment, Derivative Instruments and Other Investments.
The CFA exam is divided into three stages. Candidates who pass the previous stage can take the next stage of the exam. The first level exam is held in June and December each year; Level 2 and Level 3 examinations are held at the same time in June every year.
