1. 700 grams of tomatoes, 1 lemon, 100 grams of seasoning rock sugar, prepare a pot of hot water of about 60 degrees, put the washed tomatoes into the pot, cover them, and stew for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, the tomatoes will peel automatically;
2. Cut the peeled tomato into several large pieces. If there are immature and green seeds in the tomato, remove them to avoid affecting the taste;
3. Use a blender to break the tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into large pieces first and then break them, to avoid losing too much juice in the process of cutting;
4. Pour the crushed tomato juice into the pot, add rock sugar, boil it and turn to low heat. When boiling to a relatively thick consistency, stir it with a shovel from time to time to avoid sticking to the pan;
5. Boil until it is thick and looks like "sauce". Squeeze in some lemon juice and continue to boil for three or four minutes.
