Continuing education time of first-class constructor

The first class constructor implements the practice registration management system, and the personnel with qualification certificates can practice in the name of registered first class constructor only after being registered. The period of validity of each registration is three years. If the constructor needs to continue to practice after the expiration of three years, he/she needs to apply for continued registration after completing continuing education. The age of the applicant for continued registration shall not exceed 65 years.

Conditions for registration permit of First Construction:

1. Having passed the national unified examination for the qualification of constructor, he has obtained the qualification certificate for the qualification examination.

Continuing education process of first-class constructor

1. The registered constructor shall select the training unit published on the website of Chinese Architects for further education in the enterprise's registered location.

Class I registered constructors of individual specialties can participate in continuing education across regions under the unified arrangement of the leading department of the specialty. During each period of validity of registration, registered constructors can arrange continuous education hours intensively or annually according to work needs.

Continuing education cannot be registered individually, but only in the name of the unit. You can register in the local Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau to participate in learning.
